Baking with Hart is a cottage bakery in Princeton, MN, making scratch-made pies, bars, cookies, and other seasonal favorites — baked with heart and inspired by their son, Hartman. 
Their baked goods are made in small batches with farm-fresh eggs from their hens and locally sourced ingredients such as honey, maple syrup, and seasonal fruit.
